Step 1: Position the Sheet

• Place the grounding sheet directly on top of your fitted sheet. This allows for direct skin contact, which is ideal for effective grounding.
• Alternatively, place the grounding sheet directly on your mattress and then cover it with your fitted sheet. Ensure that the fitted sheet is made of natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo to allow electron flow.
  

Step 2: Connect the Grounding Cord

• Attach one end of the included grounding cord to the snap connector on the grounding sheet.
• Plug the other end of the cord into the included safety adapter.
• Insert the safety adapter into a properly grounded wall outlet.
  

Step 3: Test the Ground Connection

• Use the included outlet checker to verify that your wall outlet is properly grounded.
• If the outlet is not grounded, consider using a rounding rod (sold separately) to establish a direct connection to the Earth.
